Mr. Vinod Gupta
Germinal was founded by Mr. Vinod Gupta in 2003. He is an alumnus of one of the premier institutes of technology, IIT Delhi, with a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering and MTech in Industrial Engineering. Mr. Vinod gained insights from various leading organizations in the Power sector before starting his own entrepreneurial venture in the name of Germinal Technologies India in 2003. His vision is to create engineering excellence in product quality and services to provide end-to-end power solutions across all segments. Having built a concrete foundation in technological advancements, he aims to give a new definition to customer satisfaction.

Dr Seema Agarwal
Dr. Seema Agarwal co-founded Germinal Technologies in 2003. She is an alumnus of IIT Delhi, with an MTech and Doctorate in Semiconductors.
She is the backbone of handling all operations at Germinal to ensure the best solutions in the power sector and steer the company towards unmatched scale and diversity.
